He has served as board member in various secondary schools in the last 10 years.
With a deep commitment to sustainable agribusiness development, labour relations, and project management, I have held pivotal roles in organizations such as SCOPE Kenya, New Dawn Kenya, and Standard Chartered Bank. I was instrumental in managing the East African Market rollout of the migration to Chip-and-PIN technology in the banking sector and has extensive experience in handling complex transitions, including the seamless industrial relations shift for Standard Chartered Bank hub operations from Africa to India in 2017.
I am a passionate advocate for lifelong learning and skill development. Also, I am a skilled motivational speaker with over two decades of experience inspiring students across Kenya from primary schools to college students. Additionally, I am a trained high school teacher in Biology and Agriculture & a certified peer counsellor, consistently guiding students and professionals toward impactful career and personal growth. My expertise includes Labour Policy, Training, Project Management, Proposal Writing, and Stakeholder Engagement, complemented by strong technical skills in MS Office and digital marketing.
My career objective is to leverage my extensive experience and diverse knowledge to drive meaningful impact in education, labour advocacy, and corporate training environments. I am collaborative, adaptable, and client-oriented leader who thrives in multicultural settings, dedicated to fostering environments where individuals and organizations can excel. As a born-again Christian, husband, and father, I balance my professional pursuits with a deep commitment to personal values, family, and community.
